Convenient returns

If you wish to return an item to us you can do so by sending the parcel back using a method of your choice or use our returns label that is sent out in your parcel for a small fee of £5*. You must follow the below steps when returning an order to us

  1. Package the item securely ensuring it is in the original packaging and in an unused, unworn condition for resale , any items that are not fit for resale may incur a restocking fee.

  2. Include the returns note that came out with your parcel and simply complete it by filling in the relevant action codes

  3. Send the parcel back to us at your cost using a method of your choice or use our pre-paid returns label and simply drop the parcel off at the post office (make sure you receive proof of postage)

  4. Once received, we will check your item and if we are happy with the condition we will issue a refund to your original payment method. If you used our pre-paid returns label a fee of £5 will be deducted from your refund

*Returns Labels can only be used for UK Mainland orders. If you are returning an order from outside this area please send your parcel back using a service of your choice at your own cost.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or colour we offer a FREE exchange service for your first exchange. If you need to exchange your item for a second time you will need to return the item at your own cost. Simply follow the same steps as above but ensure you mark on your returns form that you would like an exchange and detail which item you would like to exchange for. This service is available for UK Mainland orders only.

Faulty Returns

If you believe your item is  faulty please contact our customer service team before returning it to us. If your item is deemed as faulty by the manufacturer we will cover the cost of your return postage however if it is not deemed to be faulty the cost will not be covered. It can take up to 30 days to process a faulty return as the item may need to go back to the manufacturer for testing before we are given an outcome.

Returns Policy

  • Customers may return any item within 14 working days for a full refund or exchange providing the goods are in a re-merchantable condition, in the original packaging and with original labels still attached where applicable.

  • All returned packages must include a completed Boot Superstore Returns Form.

  • Returns labels must NOT be stuck to the product packaging (eg boot boxes) and should be secured to suitable outer packaging that protects the product packaging.  

  • Boot Superstore reserve the right to refuse returns or make a partial refund at our discretion if items are not returned and received in an entirely re-merchantable condition. Please note that if items are not considered to be in a resalable condition then a re-stocking fee may be charged.

  • If an item arrives damaged, the customer must report the damage to Boot Superstore within 7 working days of receipt of the item. We regret that we may not be able to offer a full refund if the damage is not reported within this time.

  • If the incorrect item is received, this also must be reported within 7 working days of receipt of the item.

  • If an item is faulty, the customer must report the fault to Boot Superstore immediately. All goods are subject to the manufacturers guarantee and in some circumstances, it may be more beneficial to deal with and send goods back direct to the manufacturer. Boot Superstore will advise the customer if this is the best course of action. We recommend that items are sent back using a tracked courier method especially for items with a value of £50 or more. Our returns label system provides this service for only £5.  Faulty items cannot be replaced until the manufacturer has agreed a replacement, please allow up to 30 days for this to be processed. If no faulty is found with the item, a service and postage charge may be applicable.

  • Please allow 7-14 working days for returns to be processed from receipt at Boot Superstore. Please allow a further 3-5 working days for funds to arrive in your account where a refund is approved.
